I am Dr. Bryan Hallows, a veterinary surgeon specializing in equine practice with over 50 years of experience in general veterinary work. A significant portion of my professional career is dedicated to equine pre-purchase examinations. I am also an accredited Veterinary Expert Witness with extensive qualifications in law, welfare, and mediation.
